In today's world and with the technology available it is not as necessary as before to have an in house bookkeeper.  Almost everything can be exchanged/delivered/shared electronically and securely.  Invoices are being emailed to clients, payments can be made via direct deposit, there are electronic statements from banks and credit card companies, etc. There will also be a method in the future of the creation of electronic purchase receipts thus eliminating the need for paper purchase receipts.  (No more missing receipts and wads of little paper to keep track of). Although most things are available to be done electronically, we understand there are different preferences for companies and if you prefer the pick up and drop off of your paperwork  method that option is available to you.
